1.How to cleaning & storage?

Clean your vibe before and after every use with a mild, unscented hand or dish soap and water or any toy cleaner.

Store in your pouch or separately from other toys—sex toys of different materials can damage each other if left in contact.

Keep away from extreme cold or heat.

2.When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed at or before 8:00 PM EST Sunday through Thursday. Depending on rare factors such as unusually high order volume, inventory restocking, warehouse closures etc, fulfillment may take up to 7 days after the order is received.

3.What is the vibe made of? 

Aimersie vibrator’s soft-touch exterior is made of 100% platinum-grade silicone, and is both phthalate-free and latex-free. Our vibe is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

4.Is the vibrator waterproof?

Aimersie vibrators are water-resistant and can be used in the shower and bath. The vibrators should not be fully submerged.

5.Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. The packaging we use for this product is completely discreet.It’ll be our little secret. ;)

6.What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

7.How old do I have to be to order from Aimersie Products?
